Chipping Campden Circular Route via Moreton-in-Marsh and Snowshill

With the Eight Bells Public House on your right, follow CalfÕs Lane which continues into Green Lane. Follow Green Lane, passing the tennis courts on your right. At the end of Green Lane join the main road and continue straight ahead towards the village of Broad Campden. Eventually you will pass the Bakers Arms on your left. Continue straight on. At the B4479 take a right then immediately left towards Draycott. Pass Post Office Lane on your right and Wydelands on your left and at the next junction take a right until you come to a crossroads. At the cross road take a right towards Batsford and continue through the village past the arboretum and falconry centre until you get to the A44. Follow the A44 for a short distance before branching off to the left. Follow this lane which will take you towards Snowshill Village and Snowshill Manor. Or to continue with the Route, at the crossroads take a right turn signed Snowshill Lavender. Pass several fields of striking deep purple colours on your left. Continue straight on (the lane on your left will take you to Broadway Tower and Farm Park). After 1.5 miles, mostly descending, youÕll reach the A44. Cross the A44 and after a mile or so along the B4081, youÕll start dropping down Westington Hill into Chipping Campden. There are great views of the town and its Church Tower from here. Follow the main road into the town centre.
